Shipment Tracking and Delivery:

• You can track your package using the provided postal tracking number.

• Each package from Baganbowl includes $100 in limited insurance for loss or damage during transit.

• Claims Process:
  • If you do not receive your merchandise within 3 business days of the postal delivery confirmation, you may file a claim with Baganbowl within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Claims can be filed via Facebook Messenger or info.baganbowl@gmail.com. A Baganbowl representative will assist you.
  • You may also file a claim directly with the postal service for lost or damaged packages.
